Full-Service Representation, Focused Advice And Counsel

60+ years of combined experience

With more than 60 years of experience, we pride ourselves on the trust our clients place in us. We put our clients’ interests first. Every move we make on your behalf is strategically calculated to advance your interests. We won’t suggest a legal strategy because it is easier and we won’t recommend more expensive or time-consuming strategies that don’t deliver results.

Our attorneys help clients resolve their disputes out of court. By using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration and mediation, we are able to achieve mutually beneficial, economical solutions to clients’ most challenging legal issues.

Founded in our community, for our community

Located near Fort Walton Beach, Fleet, Smith & Freeman, represents individuals, families and businesses throughout the Florida Panhandle — from Pensacola to Panama City and all cities in between. We’re proud to be your hometown law firm.

At Fleet, Smith & Freeman, we are a general practice firm, but our attorneys aren’t general practitioners. Instead, each attorney at our firm has devoted areas of law in which he or she practices. That means each client gets all the benefits of a general practice firm with the specialized, individual attention his or her problem deserves.
