H. Bart Fleet provides in-person, online, and hybrid mediation services for $300 an hour. Unless the parties agree otherwise, we expect participants to divide the cost of the mediator's fee equally among themselves. Please call our office to discuss the minimum time commitment for booking a mediation with Bart. We also welcome phone calls and emails with any questions you may have about engaging Mr. Fleet as your mediator.
Additionally, before mediation, each participant must submit a deposit equal to their proportional share of the minimum fee. If you have questions about which your portion of the fee, please do not hesitate to call us.
There is no charge for traveling time or expenses for mediations conducted in:
- Escambia County
- Santa Rosa County
- Okaloosa County
- Walton, County
- Bay County
- Washington County
- Holmes County
- Liberty County
- Franklin County
- Wakulla County
- Gadsden County
- Leon County.
